The Brand Communications/PR Manager is part of the global Communications team and an integral part in the operative business, involving the territories, setting guidelines and building a positive and transparent communication.

 

Responsibilities

Primary

  • Actively support the strategic development of our communication and product strategy
  • Create, plan and implement integrated product strategies together in close cooperation with Brand Management, Art and Producing
  • Planning and coordination of PR events and attendance at gaming conferences
  • Daily coordination with internal and external partners
  • Research and creation of relevant content
  • Constant analysis of communicative activities and adaptation of existing plans (monitoring)

Secondary

  • Develop good and productive relationships with external partners
  • Interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors
  • Have fun at work and be an enthusiastic team player

 

Requirements:

Primary skills and abilities:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in PR or marketing (or a comparable PR education)
  • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in PR
  • Relevant experience in the gaming industry, on an international level
  • Proven ability to execute tasks to high quality and in time
  • Strong networker within the company and external agencies
  • A motivated team player able to sustain the communication between internal and external partners
  • Highly individual with strong team-leading skills
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and parties
  • Ability to adapt and to manage change
  • A passion for video games
  • Fluency in English and German both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with MS Office and advanced PowerPoint skills

Beneficial further experience:

  • Fluent in other European languages

If you are detail driven, a gamer and have a high willingness to learn and grow, you’ll fit right into our dynamic and experienced team.

The Technical Support Manager is responsible for managing an external support agency and providing all necessary information and briefings on a frequent basis to enhance and support the technical support for one of our online games.  For this position we are looking for an experienced candidate who will be working very closely with all internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Primary

  • Optimizing processes to/with the external support agency
  • Building up a volunteers support team (50+)
  • Developing and managing an effective system to ensure a high level support
  • Briefing and coaching on how to proceed with diverse technical challenges arising
  • Assuring constant information flow in all directions, internally and externally
  • Developing mature processes of knowledge transition
  • Working closely with the teams Technical Support, Producing, QA and Community Management

Secondary

  • Being involved in optimizing general process improvements
  • Interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization

Required:

Primary skills and abilities

  • A passion for video games across multiple genres and platforms
  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience working in a support manager position (1st and 2nd level support) in the games industry
  • Minimum 1 year experience in leadership, managing teams of equivalent size and experience and working with global / diverse teams
  • Experience implementing support of existing and new products / solutions
  • Ability to attract, develop and retain talented team of volunteers
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of 50+ volunteers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change

Beneficial Further Experience

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to make swift, sound decisions
  • Familiarity with development consoles and tools including bug  tracking systems (e.g. JIRA)
  • Experience with scripting languages and databases
  • Experience/Educational background in Games Design/Writing
  • Experience in online gaming
  • Strong familiarity with 1st Party Technical Requirements i.e. TRC, XR, etc.
  • Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environment(s)

The QA Lead is responsible for ensuring our titles reach the highest quality possible by proactively managing our teams of external testers and communicating their results efficiently. For this position we are looking for an experienced candidate who will be able to fit into our new QA team.

Responsibilities

Primary

  • Efficiently coordinating and shadowing our external test teams of various sizes on a per-project basis for both functional and compliance disciplines of QA.
  • To provide, when necessary, internal testing and regression on builds.
  • On a weekly basis communicate the current quality standing of our titles and evaluate if they are ready for certification/release.
  • Develop and maintain an agile approach to QA project management.

Secondary

  • Research industry trends in game development in regards to QA
  • Maintain parts of the research database related to QA and general project documentation
  • Interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors
  • Have fun at work and be an enthusiastic team player

 

Required:

  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience working in a leading QA position in the Games Industry
  • Strong familiarity with 1st Party Technical Requirements i.e. TCR/TRC/Lotcheck etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with development consoles and tools including defect tracking systems etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • A passion for video games across multiple genres and platforms
  • Ability to respond elegantly to difficult changes and challenges
  • Strong willingness to learn

Beneficial Further Experience
